SmartLiquid acts strictly as a software middleware tool built using the Hyperliquid SDK and non-custodial agent contracts. The platform is not a regulated financial institution, broker, or financial advisor, and does not provide investment consulting or custody services.
2. Historical Performance & Statistical Bias
All performance curves, win rates, and Deflated Sharpe metrics shown are derived from public, desensitized Hyperliquid on-chain data. They are for statistical and backtesting reference only. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and copy trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3. Capital & Access Key Disclaimer
We utilize non-custodial proxy technology. Your assets remain locked in your independent Hyperliquid account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and biometric authorization credentials. SmartLiquid cannot access withdrawal permissions. The platform bears no liability for losses resulting from exchange downtime, blockchain congestion, or extreme market volatility.
